We are Ever Better Eating Inc. a growing food manufacturing company located in Pittsfield, NH, and known for our hand formed pizza crusts and home-made sauces. You may know us as Rustic Crust - American Flatbread.

We seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd Shift to manage our production facility and help to drive our company to the next level!  Shift hours are 4 PM- 2 AM.

Qualifications:

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Prior experience as a Production Supervisor in a food production environment required 
• High speed manufacturing experience is required
• Industrial food production experience is required, a baking background is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Maintaining the plant in superior status with SQF, Organic certifiers, and private label auditors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess a courteous and considerate demeanor, with ability and desire to work in a multi-cultural environment
