PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR -  1st Shift Opportunity!

We are Ever Better Eating, Inc. , we are a New Hampshire company known for its premier hand-made pizza crusts and hand-made flatbreads. Our brands are popular in retail stores coast-to-coast. You may recognize our pizzas in local grocery stores as Rustic Crust and American Flatbread.  We take tremendous pride in the quality of our products and  our workforce is vitally important to us.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Production Supervisor, with great leadership skills to guide, and motivate our production teams on 1st shift at our facilities in Pittsfield, NH.

You will have the opportunity to work with a great team of people in a fast paced environment. Seeking a hands-on Supervisor who enjoys the day to day operations on the production floor. Candidates will possess experience and an understanding of food manufacturing, with a focus on running a smooth production process and successfully producing quality products to meet customer demand and deadlines.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage and supervise a production team on the production floor with goals to meet daily production metrics, produce quality products and fulfill customer orders timely
  • Lead, mentor and train team associates to successfully achieve smooth day-to-day production operations
  • Assures standard operating procedures in the SQF food safety system and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements are followed
  • Understand and adhere to GMP's and safety guidelines
  • Submit daily, weekly productions reports as assigned
  • Responsible for associates timesheets, maintain and verify associates hours daily and meet payroll deadlines
  • Work as a team member and with other departments and co-workers to successfully meet daily goals
  • Assures daily production schedules are met and issues are communicated timely
  • Regulatory understanding of USDA and FDA

  • Work as a team member, collaborate with other departments and ability to interact with all levels in the organization
  • Work within a multi-cultural environment
  • Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and other computer applications


  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Experience in a Supervisory role leading hourly staff associates
  • Associates Degree in related field, bachelor degree preferred
  • Ability to positively contribute as a member of the Supervisory team
  • Knowledge and ability to meet daily production schedules and deadlines
