We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Production Supervisor, with great leadership skills to guide, and motivate our production teams on 1st shift at our facilities in Pittsfield, NH.

Summary:
You will have the opportunity to work with a great team of people in a fast paced environment. Seeking a hands-on Supervisor who enjoys the day to day operations on the production floor. Candidates will possess experience and an understanding of food manufacturing, with a focus on running a smooth production process and successfully producing quality products to meet customer demand and deadlines.

Essential Functions:

• Manage and supervise a production team on the production floor with goals to meet daily production metrics, produce quality products and fulfill customer orders timely
• Lead, mentor and train team associates to successfully achieve smooth day-to-day production operations
• Assures standard operating procedures in the SQF food safety system and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements are followed
• Understand and adhere to GMP's and safety guidelines
• Submit daily, weekly productions reports as assigned
• Responsible for associates timesheets, maintain and verify associates hours daily and meet payroll deadlines
• Work as a team member and with other departments and co-workers to successfully meet daily goals
• Assures daily production schedules are met and issues are communicated timely
• Regulatory understanding of USDA and FDA

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Experience in a Supervisory role leading hourly staff associates
• Associates Degree in related field, bachelor degree preferred
• Ability to positively contribute as a member of the Supervisory team
• Knowledge and ability to meet daily production schedules and deadlines
