Job Description

Rustic Crust, in Pittsfield, NH, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team to assist us in achieving Operational Excellence through the use of lean techniques.  Individuals should have successful experience teaching and implementing tools and techniques including 5S, TPM, Setup reduction, visual systems, mistake proofing, Kaizen, and end to end lean Value Stream design.  Beyond the technical knowledge the successful candidate will be able to work with outside consultants, executive management, and coach operators and supervisors and lead others to implement lean techniques.  Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are required.

This new position will be responsible for helping to implement our operational Excellence Program over the next 9-12 months. This position will continue the training and support of the system along with the rest of the organization, working closely with our senior team and our consultant.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or business is required.  All inquiries will be kept in confidence.
