**$150.00 Sign-on Bonus** after 30 days of employment
We are Rustic Crust also known as Ever Better Eating, Inc., a Pittsfield, NH company known for our hand formed pizza, pizza crust, and variety of delicious pizza products.
If you have experience leading others in a food production environment and you are looking for the next step in your career, this may the job for you! Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, energetic, hard-working, and enjoy working with people.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
- Leading a team working on a production line (food production environment experience preferred) to make quality products and meet deadlines
- Understanding of production process, making products from raw materials
- Adept at running production equipment and production lines
- Maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Adheres to safety practices/procedures
- Able to multi-task and prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment to meet daily goals
- Mechanical aptitude a plus and attention to detail to handle daily production logs
- Able to stand, walk, for 10-hour shift
- Reliable transportation
