MACHINE OPERATORS **SIGN-ON Bonus
Ever Better Eating, Inc. is seeking Machine Operators to join our team on 1st or 2nd shift! Full or part-time shifts available. We make a variety of organic pizza products and are looking for your mechanical skills to keep our lines running and efficient!
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation of various machines utilized during the production process including ability to trouble shoot problems, diagnose mechanical issues and tune machinery for optimal output.
- A typical day might include changing roles of film used in the packing process, operating and adjusting various equipment, line speeds, and assessing quality standards. We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, and take pride in solving mechanical challenges in order to keep our lines running.
- Address and resolve day to day issues as they arise in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail - with focus on timely production and quality
- Organizational skills, good work habits and work ethic
- Strong mechanical ability is necessary
- Enjoys hands-on opportunity to run a production line and keep it in good working order
- Setup skills and efficiency are necessary to change the machines over from one product to another
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Commitment to safe work habits is a must

All New Hires after completing 30 days of work are eligible to a $150.00 Sign-on Bonus.
Weekly bonuses available for attendance, production and 2nd shift differential.
