Food Safety & Sanitation Supervisor Needed

We are Ever Better Eating, Inc. a Pittsfield, NH facility and famous for our organic hand formed pizza crusts and home-made sauces, known as Rustic Crust - American Flatbread. We are currently seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Food Safety & Sanitation Supervisor. If you possess leadership experience, have sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment, have a great work ethic, please apply!
Summary
The Food Safety & Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the sanitation process and sanitary design for the facility in compliance with company policy related to GMP’s and Safety. This is a 3rd shift position with hours from 8:30 PM – 6 AM. Sanitation department works across 3 shifts, flexibility required to work other shifts as needed from time to time.
Skills/Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or Technical education or commensurate experience
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience
- In depth understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment
- Provide leadership, support, communication and direction to line personnel
- Ability to coach, lead and develop employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
