Our company is growing in leaps and bounds and we're looking to add to our team!  We are seeking DOUGH PRODUCTION AND DIVIDER OPERATORS to assist us in making food to help feed America!  If you have experience or a willingness to learn new skills, please apply!

We are Ever Better Eating, Inc., a New Hampshire company known for our premier hand-made pizzas and pizza crusts. Our brands are popular in retail stores coast-to-coast. You may recognize our pizzas in local grocery stores as Rustic Crust and American Flatbread.

Key responsibility is loading the completed dough into dough divider and proofing equipment. You need to operate machinery in an efficient manner, record data, and maintain a clean work space. Ideal candidate will have experience working in a production environment, have attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions/Duties:

• Responsible for the efficient operation of handling dough
• Mix, Weigh, divide portions of dough to be lifted and put in appropriate machine
• Ensure that machines are set correctly to run in accordance with written procedures
• Record data onto log sheets, verifying proper weight and proportions
• Follow Quality standards
• Assist with mixing duties
• Follow Good Manufacturing Processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work space and environment
• Follow established Safety Policies and Procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience operating machines in a production environment, food industry a plus
• Understanding of measurements
• Team-oriented
• Record data onto daily logs
• Understand digital machine set-points
• Ability to read, interpret, understand machine operation manuals and operating procedures
• Excellent ability to problem solve mechanical problems daily
• Basic mathematical skills

Work Environment:

• Walking and working around moving equipment
• Noisy environment
• Work on moving production line and machinery
• Temperature variations, high heat near ovens and cold in cooler or freezer

Physical Demands:

• Walking, Standing for long periods of time on a shift · Bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, pushing , pulling, climbing
• Lift ingredients weigh between 1-50 lbs., and/or 50-100 lbs., with 2-person assist

$150.00 signing bonus available after completing 30 days of work and opportunity for daily and weekly bonuses available for Attendance and Productivity.
